The key feature of the solution is automated invoice management, which allows users to code, approve and make payments on their invoices from within the solution itself. The invoice coding functionality enables users to automate data entry for invoices by pulling information from users’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting systems.
Once invoices are coded, BeanworksAP automatically forwards them to approvers, who can validate payments from any location using their mobile devices. After payments are approved, Beanworks AP enables users to make electronic payments to vendors via virtual credit cards, EFT/ACH, automated checks and wire transfer.
BeanworksAP integrates with popular accounting and ERP systems such as Quickbooks Online, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
