Dynasoft TeleFactura Telecom Billing is an accounting solution designed for communications service providers (CSPs). It is available both via the cloud and as an on-premise deployment. This system offers call detail record (CDR) billing, account reconciliation and mediation.

In TeleFactura’s billing mode, users can either set up automatic billing or enter billing information manually. They can also view, print and save invoices. Bills can be branded, and multiple invoice templates are offered.

Users can import new CDRs into TeleFactura. They can also associate a new CDR format with a customer command-line interface (CLI). A customer self-service portal comes standard with this solution, and a distributor customer relationship management (CRM) application can be added.

TeleFactura is priced per call detail record. Unlimited support is offered to users, and its on-premise deployment is compatible with Windows operating systems. Dynasoft has been developing telecom billing solutions since 2001.
