Sage 300 ERP (formerly Sage ERP Accpac) is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system that serves small and medium-sized businesses in professional services, manufacturing, wholesale, financial services, the public sector, and other markets. Sage 300 ERP comes in three different versions: Sage 100 Standard, Advanced ERP, and Sage 500 ERP. These versions correspond with the scalability requirements of the customers, as defined by company size and the number of users.
Sage 300 ERP has applications for accounting, customer relationship and contact management, fixed asset management, human resources management, business intelligence and reporting, warehouse management, check printing, service management, EDI transaction management, and document management. Sage 300 ERP also offers multi-language, multi-location, and multi-currency capabilities. Other modules can be added as needed.
Sage 300 ERP accounting software is scalable and is designed as a multi-tiered architecture. It can run on Windows and Linux operating systems with Microsoft, Pervasive, or Oracle databases. Typically, the system is installed on-site, but the company also offers a hosted option - Sage 300 ERP Online.

Our organization is a group of newly formed eCommerce and distribution companies. We decided on Sage ERP Accpac because of the flexibility and ease of use. We were able to get each company live in about 4-6 weeks, which was an incredible accomplishment considering we started implementation in July 2010 for the first of 6 companies. Without Sage ERP Accpac and ADSS Global this would not have been possible.

My organization deals with running elections, so we had a large volume of transactions to process during election time. We had to find a solution that would allow us to pay on time. We started using Sage ERP Accpac in 2002, and it has helped us a lot. It has made our lives easier, and our supporters have given us the full support that we need. Now we are using 5.6, and it still meets our needs.

We are the largest Cheese manufacturer on the west coast of Canada and we are unique because although we appear as a big business, we are actually less than 30 employees. We looked for software to upgrade our computers systems from our "ancient" 1987 Sage ERP Accpac. Sage rose to the challenge and got us updated to our brand new Sage ERP Accpac for 2011 and 2012.
It is an incredibly intuitive system and our office learned it in a flash. It was MUCH easier to operate than our old system and we have actually been able to automate a lot of the tedious workload that weighed our office staff down before. The customer support was great once we got through, although we did have to wait on hold for up to a 1/2 hour. Our work has been streamlined and we are now able to devote time to completing other tasks instead of waiting for an inefficient computer system to catch up.

We are a manufacturing business in NZ. We have been using Sage ERP Accpac for approximately 11 years, and I used it with two of my previous employers. We upgraded in 2011 to the 5.5 version. The upgrade took place over a weekend, so there really weren't any interruptions with anyone during our normal workday. There were a few changes that I needed to the layout of invoice, credit notes etc, after the upgrade, but this is totally normal. I find Sage ERP Accpac very good to use and easy to track any information required. I receive great customer support any time that I have phoned for help, and I have received great service in solving my problem. I hope that I have been of help.

I am Leoni and working as the debtors clerk at Namibian Engineering Corporation in Windhoek, Namibia. What makes our company unique is the quality of products and services we render to our customers. We do solar geyser, pumping, water tank and genset installations as well as roof sealing. Our company has been using Sage ERP Accpac even before I got here (since the DOS version). The Accpac Group is currently busy with our upgrade to Sage ERP Accpac 6.0A. I am very excited. Learning something new everyday, like yesterday the AR-customer inquiry... all the detail... just love it! It is easy to search for transactions, by sorting, for example.
Urda Laaser and Spiro Bond really impressed me. They are quick and accurate with whatever change I want. Especially the customized reports... they wowed me! Not to mention that whatever questions we have, they are there. The support we get is fabulous. How I have benefited with Sage ERP Accpac is in the time I have spent on it. The customized reports give me all the info I need to make sure all projects are running smoothly. I would actually like it if the AR invoicing could be searched by the invoice number rather than the batch number.
I honestly recommend Sage ERP Accpac to anyone, from SME's to Huge Companies!

Tema Lube is into Lubes manufacturing and the company has been in existence for the past 20 years. I have done 17 years with Tema Lube, but it's my understanding that Tema Lube started using Accpac the Dos version from the start of the plant. It has become our backbone as far as accounting is concerned.
We are using almost all the modules and currently operating using the 5.5A version. We are ready to move on to a higher version. We are also moving from the D-BITS for fixed assets to the Norming Assets Management system. Modular Resources is our vendor and have done about 16 years with Tema Lube. They have been very efficient in all aspects, and currently they are the market leaders.
Even though they are spreading in the sub region they are still prompt when it comes to service delivery. Sage ERP Accpac is easy to use. It has given me more knowledge in the system structure and how data flows in the system. Using Accpac has been beneficial to us because it is solid and perfect as far as manufacturing is concerned.
