It seems to go into extreme depth in terms of features for the customer.
It feels complex. When at first looking at their products and services I didn't quite understand how to use the service until I was able to speak on the phone with a representative.
When you come across a service that has a website such as this one's, try to get on the phone with somebody as quickly as possible as to not waste time trying to make sense of the software yourself. Have somebody walk you through how it works and if it doesn't sound right than you know its not worth pursuing. If you were to experiment yourself by playing with buttons so to speak, you could waste a work week before you understand that the program is not for you.

This product allows for accurate inventory control for manufacturers. We track our inventory by lot numbers / serial numbers. We also have our inventory pricing and stock structured on a first in first out basis. We also love how the Versaccounts team integrated our inventory levels with our website, our retail POS system as well as our Amazon stores.
Some aspects of the software, like the stock adjustment tool, could use with some speed optimization.
If you are looking for accounting software for a company that needs advanced inventory control, with multiple warehouses and facilities, as well as having the ability to integrate with all the new applications out there, like SalesForce, Shopify, Square, Amazon etc... then this is the software for you. This software is also very reasonably priced compared to other softwares with similar capabilities, like Netsuite. One could use Xero but then one would have to pay for all the additional plugins to achieve what Versaccounts can do on one platform...
