If you're a very small business and don't need to keep track of missed, attended or cancelled appointment Acuity is the system for you. If you do I would recommend checking out other softwares.
Not able to check clients in or document whether or not it was missed or cancelled appointment.

It's incredibly easy to set up, there are tons of features, it integrates seamlessly with my website and my calendar
I can't invoice clients, it's difficult for them to figure out how to pay if I schedule for them
This is the best scheduler I found. If you have another way to do do invoicing, this covers everything else.

Support, only email only during work week. Can you afford the downtime?
Remember support is important. Your business is reflected by your customer interface especially the software you use.
