Pipedrive is a web-based Sales CRM and pipeline management solution that enables businesses to plan their sales activities and monitor deals. Built using activity-based selling methodology, Pipedrive streamlines every action involved in converting a potential deal into a successful sale. As a cloud-based application, the solution can be accessed from anywhere 24x7 using any web browser or dedicated mobile apps.

Pipedrive provides sales personnel full visibility of different sales pipelines. A robust interface displays the progress stages for each deal with the complete details for next actionable items. The activity & goal feature allows users to track the pending activities in each pipeline. Pipedrive also offers custom sales reporting tools to monitor individual and team level targets, analyze sales data and generate visual reports.

Pipedrive's mailing system seamlessly integrates with multiple email service providers including Outlook, Gmail and Yahoo. Users can send and receive emails from multiple accounts using their Pipedrive account. The solution also integrates with various leading CRM tools to transfer contact details, communication history and other information across applications. Apart from these, the solution also integrates with Google Maps, MailChimp, Trello and Zapier.

Pipedrive is fairly easy to use, is excellent visually, is on website & app and, lastly, is adaptable so you can manage multiple types of pipes at the same time. It also drives you to put in activity once you complete something so your sales projects are always moving forward. Started using it to manage all my leads (inbound and outbound), and as my sales team grows, I realized is really easy to setup everything. You can customize your pipeline, create filters, manage leads, record e-mails, schedule activities... Is really easy to use. I recommend. The support is amazing, also.

Pros

It is very customizable. Once you find your way around it, which is fairly easy , you can really shape it they way you want it. I also really enjoy the workflow. Their activity page make it easy to go around your task, complete and add the next action.

Cons

Is really hard to find out something I dislike at pipedrive. The filters are not so easy to create, sometimes I felt lost integrating the API with some other services (but it wasn`t Pipedrive fault), and if you have a lot of leads, you'l eventually be lost.

As a start up, we were looking for a product to track our potential customers through the sales cycle. Pipedrive definitely fulfilled our needs. Relatively flexible and good functionality for the price. The interface took a little getting used to (slightly clunky) but definitely workable.

Pros

Ability to track opportunities through stages that my team identified. Ability to share information and status across the team.

Pipedrive recently launched new statistics which includes the charts as well. It helps us a lot with the reporting. We can generate custom reports based upon a number of filters available in the new statistics area.

Peipedrive helps managing activities assigned to our team easily. We get daily activity notification to our email and we can review our activities from our dashboard area also. It helps us being accountable for tasks to be completed. We can mark activities as DONE once these are finished. Pipedrive helps with a number of other features as well.

Been using Pipedrive for over 6 months, great product for organization purposes. Could use some refining as far as creating separate pipelines for individual employees. It does have quite a lot of features that make moving things along very easy (i.e. quotes, jobs that need scheduled, completed jobs, paperwork follow-ups etc.). Overall a great tool to maintain organization and follow up.

At a previous job, we had to train a sales staff on a new CRM so we demo'd and trialed a few and settled on PipeDrive. We had two sales reps go through some online demo's before showing them the software and they thought it seemed easy enough to learn. It was proven a success and the sales team was able to manage opportunities and customer flows with ease.

Pros

Easy to learn and fairly intuitive.

Cons

No cons at least during the time myself and my team had used it.

Advice to Others

Take the time to watch some online videos before even starting a trial of the app. Just familiarizing yourself with the layout and location of everything can be really helpful.

I have been using Pipedrive for the last 6 months to manage the work of a few partners responsible for prospecting new opportunities. The system is very friendly and easy-to-use since it is based and exhibited on the sales steps. The platform works well but I think that pricing is a bit expensive (mainly in Brazil - based in USD).

Pros

There are good options to import previous data (from Excel files), features to add % of probability for each opportunity, a nice stats dashboard to control/manage the activity inside the system, it is visual and is available in dozens of languages/currencies. The notification system to send automated reminders is very flexible and useful too.

Cons

Pricing (a bit expensive when compared to other cloud systems that are even more complete). It would be nice to have better features to integrate Pipedrive with other social media (to make communication easier).

Advice to Others

It is nice to use it for real during the trial period (30 days) and evaluate how the product is capable of being set/adjusted to support your current sales process. There´s also a great chance to enhance your process (mostly if it is based on Excel) using features of the product. It will also give you a good idea how complicated or simple is your current process and bring new insights to improve it.

Pipedrive is simple to use, has great functionality, and the price is so reasonable. If simplifying the process is your goal, this is the software to go with. You can see where each lead is in the pipeline and everyone is always in the loop. This helps ensure we aren't neglecting any leads/customers, nor are we hitting them up too often.

I have used many CRM's in the past, but Pipedrive is the one that has been the easiest to setup, configure, and to teach others to use. Absolutely fantastic platform for people in Real Estate, and can be used by teams.

Pipedrive is a great tool for us. We use an agency management system for our clients but we like it for our sales team. We can set up as many piledrive as we want to track different things. My husband works a full-time job with another company and he loves that he can pull up data remotely.

I've used a lot of CRMs in my day, and PD takes the care 100%
as far as sales boys and girls are concerned, the day to day ops of being a running and gunning sales person no one makes it easier than the almighty PD

Pros

Super smooth, you can do a lot on one screen whereas other CRMs you need to do a lot of clicking and move through a lot of screens to do stuff, PD is simple and to the point

Cons

Not much left to be desired they pretty much do it all BUT exporting data is not always so friendly and when you have a significant need and ask them for it a lot of the times they hit you with "we will let the developers know" which is kinda their way of telling you to piss off which is excellent cause, for the most part, I love love love everything about them

Advice to Others

If you can use this, its hands down the best CRM, they offer a free 30-day trial if you don't and you should not believe me, at the end of the day a CRM is only as good as it is for you and your purposes, for me this thing is the cats pajamas but maybe for you not so much, give it a shot

Pipe Drive was a great choice. It's online and can be accessed from any computer or smartphone. It helps keep you moving in the right direction with new transactions. It keeps track of data that you can use to improve your sales or operations process. It's very user-friendly and their staff is always there to help you.

Pros

Ease of use, customize to fit your sales process and industry. Easy to view and understand the moment you sign up. I can look at other sales people in my organization and that beats looking at an excel spreadsheet. It allows you to see where your people or organization needs improvement at any given time.

Cons

I'm still working with all the features and really do not have any complaints.

Advice to Others

You can't beat the cost to features and benefits ratio. I'm happy with the service. I'm a commercial insurance broker and it's working great for us.

Easy to set up. Very little training needed. Great videos available for extra learning. Very interactive and very tailorable for such an inexpensive CRM.

Pros

Price! is very less per person gets you going!

Cons

It is not Salesforce. Don't expect integrations with Pardot or other marketing lead generation packages, but for the price and what it is designed to do, it does it very well!

Advice to Others

If you are a small business that is trying to get your arms around your sales activity and to be to provide a pipeline and forecast to others in your company, this is a great product!

Recently my company decided to look for a tool to manage our sales pipeline. I started with a trial of a few different systems but immediately was drawn to the ease of use of Pipedrive. One of the biggest hurdles with a sales teams is getting them to actually use a CRM, especially effectively. Pipedrive captures all the information we are looking for as well as report on from a management perspective, it also helps manage opportunities at an individual level, keep organized and (hopefully) drive revenue.

Pros

The surprising amount of functionality and customizable fields. Easy to use and admin. Simple, not over complicated which aids in user adoption and therefore accurate reporting. The mobile app is a huge pulse.

Cons

Would like to be able to customize a few of the default fields. Its small, but I would like to change the name of "Deals" to opportunities or other. Also, would like to make some fields required. This could be a function that I just haven't figured out yet!
