We would have adopted this product in a heartbeat if it had resume parsing. But that was a brick wall we couldn't get past, so after 3 weeks of testing (for free) we opted with a more feature-rich but more-often-frustrating solution.

Pros

The ease of use for this product was through the roof. Easy to learn. Easy to get data in, and data out. Visually appealing, and very intuitive.

Cons

It didn't have the features that, ultimately, we decided we needed. Data input is manual - and while it was about as easy as manual input can get, manual data input would have slowed us down too much.

I use this software to handle all of my potential real estate purchases and it does exactly what I was looking for.

Pros

It helps me remember everything I have going on so it doesn't slip between the cracks. I also like the ease of use with pipedrive. Very easy to input all you data and find it at a later date.

Cons

I wish you didn't have to pay extra from email integration but it's not a big deal to have my email screen open as well!

Inserting a new contact & organization is quite easy. And the help team really try. Easy to CC your outgoing emails into the system. Pricing

Cons

Importing contacts into the system is very difficult. The interaction with say Mailchimp was only exporting contacts to Mailchimp. No flowback of data from Mailchimp of emails sent and opening data etc.
Tech support only available from morning in North America which is difficult from Europe.

Pros

The software is extremely intuitive, and easy to use. Very easy to upload and manage leads and pipelines. Unlimited amount of contacts. Email sync service makes it simple to track emails between clients and sales people. The reporting on this software makes it simple to manage our sales team as well.

Cons

I have absolutely no complaints, everything works perfectly and this software is extremely powerful if you use it properly. Links to your email service and google drive/calendar, as well as survey money and mail chimp.

I have used many tools and while this doesn't have all the bells and whistles as many others this is a very simple product to use and the price is right.

Pros

They do a great job at managing the pipeline process and they make the process of adding and updating the sales pipeline easier.

Cons

I don't like that it is very difficult to get data out of the system for reporting. None of the reports is printable which is not ideal.

Easy to use, easy to implement. Pipedrive comes with a plethora of information in the form of help videos and online searchable help docs to assist even the most terrible computer user.

Cons

Email connection and implementation are a bit difficult if not using the gold service. It would be nice if a hierarchy of interested parties could be privy to certain information based on what the sales person was entering. Connecting a data visualization tool directly to the dataset would be a worthwhile addition.

Pros

Pipedrive has a very easy to you platform for small to medium businesses. Has a customization platform for your use. Their customer service and on-boarding team are very helpful. Also relatively great price and includes discounts if purchased yearly.

Cons

Pipedrive has a select integration with third-party quoting system. If you integration cannot work with Zapier you may have to get a developer to create one with their open API format.

I used Pipedrive as a software to keep track of lobby meetings, as a more advanced rolodex. I didn't use many of the deals or sales features so I can't speak much to those. I was able to use it for my purposes, and would love to see a lite version for a lower price with these filters. Being able to keep a tab on contacts is super important!

Cons

Since I customized it quite a bit, it was a little hard to teach my incoming director how to use it. Some features are a little unintuitive. Altogether, Pipedrive is a pretty solid software.

I like that I find it very easy to use, the software look & feel is very friendly, is simple and has a great variety of features, such as reports, the pipeline, the reminders, among others. I am using it to take control of a real estate list of prospects and clients, and Pipedrive has an option to customize the pipeline for real estate companies.

Cons

Until now, I've only seen two cons:
- The web form generated by Pipedrive can't be customized or edited with CSS
- It doesn't has an integration with MailChimp to migrate the contacts from one platform to the other automatically (the only CRM software that I've seen that has this feature is Salesforce Lightning Professional

Cons

We don't use Gmail or other support emails for email integration is not easy to use the BCC address given per deal all the time. I wish there was a trick to do so.

It is very easy-to-use and offers all the 'must' features. However, for someone like me; who has to follow purchases from a single contact monthly, it is not very useful. It should have a feature to see how far a client make purchases, instead of signing a single deal.

Pros

Customer support on online chat is great. Also seeing it developing constantly is a huge plus. Price is definitely worth it.

Cons

They somehow slowed down on adding new features for a while.

Advice to Others

If you don't have to combine too many data on a single sales CRM, Pipedrive is perfect for basic tasks.

Very convenient to do follow up. Red / green alerts, load email, files..Etc.. When you have more than 10 opportunities to follow, you need this kind of tools.

Cons

This software is so good that we would like to us for project (without money) : for example Key account management. I'm busy so this was easy to learn, so easy to use. I was able to customize to fit my commercial real estate practice needs. I don't like having to put a lot of words in a feedback section, this is a waste of my time, but I wanted to go on the record and express appreciation for a product that I'm actually using. Several members of my Vistage group recommended it. In fact, one member graciously came over and showed me how simple it was to set up; import contacts and get started.

Cons

I don't always want to get "help" in a text box talk back and forth; I'd rather talk to someone on the phone.

After used several CRM (Salesforce, Insightly and other small CRM software), I found Pipedrive easy to use, intuitive and moderate in price. Maybe you won't find as many options as the big ones but it covers the basic requirements of a CRM.

Pros

Easy to use - our sales people hated our previous CRM and didn't use it; however they have completely embraced Pipedrive within days of it being introduced, and its starting to make a real difference in terms of deal visibility, increasing sales activities, and making more sales. Highly recommend it.

Cons

Not much. There are a few small features that could speed up configuration - for example copying pipeline setups, grouping pipelines into groups. But these are minor suggestions...On the whole, the system does what its meant to do in a simple and efficient way.

Organization. It really keeps us on track towards our sales goals and any other things we want to accomplish. Distribution or offline advertising materials, relationships with our villa owners and managers, interviews. Its really helpful.

Th fact that you can write, take notes, log calls, edit contact information, all on one page.. everything that you want to see about a deal, client, activity is easily accessible. I like that there are different views, (Deals - list view, and the other one, Activities) Helps us get through certain tasks faster. I love the early reminder emails sent to me about the day's activities that I set up for myself the day before.

Cons

Although I can log an activity eg. a Call and "Mark as done" I want to be able to record voice calls within PipeDrive (the actual call) ..both on the Android App on my phone and on the Desktop App. Also, I'm not able to bulk edit activities to change the assigned person within PipeDrive and set a time for those activities. I have to filter my contacts, export, edit in Excel and reimport, so I can set activities. I find the .csv / Excel editing a bit cumbersome and lengthy.
Please make this easier

None yet. Some expenses to hook up with wordpress via gravity forms, and setup process if we yet dont know if we will use (without full email sync).

Pros

I like this software is easy to use, configure (for the most) and has the support you need, until you get to no support.

Cons

I purchased gold mebership for my client, who was really eager to start working with this system -as it fits real estate lead workflow really well- especially for the Two-way full email sync feature, a huge percentage of the decision to purchase this CRM, and potentially use it with multiple seats for the organization.
During the setup, I came through some problems with the supposedly flawless email sync with every email service in the market (as offered in every sales/setup video or page on the site) and customer support simply said I should go back to silver plan as this will not work with my email service.
The problem is a technical issue as the accounts on webfaction (my hosting provider) authenticate with mailbox name instead of email account. Sounds pretty simple if you have the right team, and I think it could bring in some revenue to pipedrive from silver-to-gold upgrades.
I a still looking for an alternate solution but I really wanted this to get to the right person.

We use this software to manage incoming deals every day - adding tasks, contacts, organizations and potential projects. It's easy to visually see where deals are in the sales pipeline, and manage all of the related information.

Pros

The visuals of where deals are in the pipeline are awesome. I can visually see what deals haven't been contacted in a while, and where the sticking points are.

Cons

No general "add" button. To add a person, organization, deal, etc. - first I have to click into that tab of the software area, and only THEN can I add a record.

Straight forward, nice to look at, easy to use, it's one of those tools that you don't think about, you just use it because you cannot think of doing it differently. This is some of the highest compliments I can give to a tool.

Cons

There are a couple of email sync and attribution issues that I have to work out with Support. It's complex to figure out, but I'm working on it. It might be a bug, it might be my mistake. I'd wish for an email opening tracking feature like cloze.io offers.

Pros

Many functionalities and ease of use for administrators (team and system), set up (both quick and intuitive) and team.
Most functions that are missing can easily be replaced with easy to use Zapier integrated tools.

Cons

It definitely requires additional software like Zapier. (Zapier being the only costly one that's definitely required though)
Especially the missing email template feature is annoying because workarounds are never ideal in this case.
Some kind of button that instantly triggers integrations would be extreely helpful.

Pros

Pipedrive is very intuitive and easy to use. This app has been used by our customer success specialists and they love it. I especially like the graphic visualization of the particular phases of the sales process.

Cons

We've been trying to set ups several separate instances and switching between them was a pain. I am not sure how this app will scale and work out for the larger teams.

Great, cost effective and efficient system. Love it as do my staff.
SImple to use, logical all in one. DIrect email and drip feed campaigns would make it better but I understand thats not what they are trying to be.

Notes, planned activities are easy and logical, helps with account planning and sales rep evaluations. Customer Service is outstanding!

Cons

No place to put our prospects website address and I'd like the ability to have reps see all other rep's deals but not have the ability to edit other rep's deals

Good depository for contacts and lead information.

Pros

Easy entry of information and attaching to deals. The ability to customize the headers is a plus, especially for companies that like to be a little creative. Mobile access is a plus.

Cons

1. When you pull up a scheduled call, the phone number you are to call does not appear. This is annoying.
2. Items on the calendar do not tell you who or what deal is scheduled.
3. I would like to have a complete month view of the calendar
4. All data items for people and companies should be available in either for entry. In other words, I should be able to put in my contact information AND the company information without having to jump back in forth between "people" and "companies".
