Quadbase Systems Software

For over fifteen years, Quadbase Systems has been providing easy to use Business Intelligence solutions to companies both large and small. With the powerful web-delivered tools provided by Quadbase, we think companies can gain greater insight into operations and use it to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions.

Flexible offerings include standalone options for dashboarding, query and report writing, data warehousing, and performance management, in addition to integrated tools for data mining, predictive analytics, semantic analytics, and text mining.

EspressDashboard helps users create actionable KPI dashboards by seamlessly drawing data from pretty much any data source. Uncomplicated Java architecture and an intuitive user interface allow users to create charts, reports, and dashboards quickly and without help from IT.

EspressReport Enterprise Server (ERES) is a centralized reporting architecture that allows users to develop reports and charts on the server as a team, and automatically publish them. Flexible design tools, interactive maps, high-powered data visualization, and extensive file output format options are some of the things that make this web-based alternative stand out against traditional BI systems.

We really like Quadbase’s comprehensive iOS and Android-native mobile apps; users can view dashboards, reports, and other documents on the go. The intuitive interface makes it easy to set up alerts, sort, apply filters, and drill down from a tablet or smartphone.

Whether it’s a small company that simply wants to export application data, or a global company seeking KPI dashboards and enterprise-scale reporting, Quadbase has a solution. We recommend the system to businesses in any vertical, and a free trial allows companies to try it out before making a purchase decision.

QuadBase is a reliable partner for us.
One of the strong points is the professional and enjoyable Support, day & night :)

People who want to make nice report should have big affinity with databases and be good analytical. Give a lot of attention to 100% specifications of the required report before you start, that wil help in following proces of building the ER-reports!

Commercial: it's good that there are always tailor made solutions possible
when clients need special offers for their license.

Pros

The possibilities with ER are almost endless!

Cons

When you have to change a report, the lay-out of the report is often 'destroyed' and it costs a some time to fix this again to version no. 1.

The graphical features could be better, sometimes ER is not intuitive.

Advice to Others

Clear and short information about 'What's new' in every new version/patch level.
