Pros:

I love how intuitive the platform is and how fast support helps me with any questions I have. The response time and intuitive nature of this platform makes it easy for me to bring the most value to my clients.

Cons:

There really isn't much I can say for what I liked least about Everfit, because I have been on other platforms and am satisfied with how Everfit is structured and priced.

Reasons for switching to Everfit

Everfit has more features that are more intuitive and easier to use. Practice Better is more "Client therapy" focused.

User-Friendly, and Continuously Improving Platform

Overall, my experience with EverFit has been genuinely excellent. The platform runs smoothly, it’s reliable day-to-day, and the ongoing updates show that the team is committed to improving the app for coaches and clients. I’ve found it easy to build programs, communicate with clients, and keep everything organised in one place. Aside from the pricing structure limitations I mentioned, EverFit has been a great tool that supports my business well, and I feel confident using it as my main coaching platform.

Pros:

What I like most about EverFit is how easy and intuitive it is for both coaches and clients. The app is simple to navigate, clean, and very user-friendly, which makes onboarding new clients smooth. I also appreciate that EverFit consistently improves and updates the platform. You can tell the team is genuinely committed to making the software better. New features roll out regularly, and they actually listen to feedback from coaches. From a business perspective, I think the platform offers good value for money. You can build structured training programs, create workout collections, and customize the client experience without needing multiple apps.

Cons:

I really wish the Studio features were available at a lower client threshold, such as 25 or 30 clients, instead of only from 0 - 50. That would make the pricing structure a lot more suitable and possibly cheaper for small but growing coaching businesses. Yes, there is the cheaper alternative to stay on the Pro Plan and pay for individual add-ons, but that ends up costing almost the same as the Studio Plan anyway.

Kahunas had too many bugs. And they were missing too many features. My friend also recommended Everfit.

Great to get you started, and keep you going

Have recommended to many and have had minimal issues. Will continue to use but may switch if there is a competitor with better pricing with more inclusions.

My experience with Everfit

Overall it’s a great software, they have since come out with many new upgrades that look nice and convenient from a backend standpoint but I’m still not sure about the load times.

This is really good from a coaching perspective to be able to impact so many training variables alongside the different styles of training to be able to adapt for plenty of different clients.

Cons:

Nutritionally, this could be much more impactful with clients. This could have more of an in-depth tracker and association whilst having more of a check in style focused area. Being able tor review information provided by the client via some video associated with the app rather than an external service. Another area that could be improved is visually, Having everything in front of you from a client perspective and breaking with numerous pages instead of everything on the same page and much more of a modern and aesthetic look.

EverFit Helps Me Deliver a Professional Coaching Business

It has been the best app I have used by far, very user friendly both for myself and clients. It does everything it needs and more for me to be able to run an efficient and professional coaching business and have all elements in one place.

Pros:

Really useful to manage my business in one place and provide a professional service to my clients. I find the Resources Section useful. Customer support have always been very helpful and response time efficient. I also like that feedback is acted upon and the platform is continuously being upgraded. My clients really like the visual animals at the end of their workouts. I also like that I can upload my own video tutorials for both exercise demonstrations and resources.

Cons:

The initial loading time can be quite slow. I would like to be able to uploaded more resources into folders. The cap can be quite limiting. I purchased the billing / packages bolt on but it didn't not work so that was a waste of money.

Very happy. Best app we have used at my gym and we have tried a few. It makes managing close to 200 members programming and nutrition quite smooth

Has a lot of features I use with my clients. Can deliver on-demand features and create flexible meal plans quite easily.

Cons:

Nothing really. I would like to be able to organise studio programs into categories though. That would be cool.

I have used both Everfit and Trainerize but found Trainerize to be very glitchy when creating my clients' programs. I decided to try Everfit as I had used it as a client in the past. I find Ever fit to be much more user-friendly and have not had any issues with glitches, etc, which has saved me so much TIME!

Cons:

I don't love that I can't see an estimate of the time it will take a client to perform a training session. They always ask, roughly how long it should take, and I wish they could just see "Approximately 45 min" or something.

Great for Online Trainers

Overall Everfit has been very easy to use with good cost effectiveness as well as support systems. I believe that generally the app is user friendly and everyone loves seeing how many animals they lifted at the end of a workout.

Everfit is great for coaching my clients with abilities to track workouts, habits, and more all while communicating seamlessly.

Cons:

I would like voice notes to be over 1 minute with transcription for increased accessibility as well as the ability to "react" to messages. Additionally I would like to be able to create a program template of different tasks to add to a calendar and when I gave feedback I didn't get a good answer.

Pros:

It’s makes planning for and tracking clients progress much more efficient. Clients love that I can set up workouts for them to do when they are on their own in the gym. They like that it’s clear and easy to follow.

Cons:

That it’s extra money for meal plans. This is something that a lot of clients would like access to but I can’t justify the extra cost.
