Alexandros Front Office by Sunsoft is an on-premise hotel management solution for small and midsize businesses. The solution contains features for managing every aspect of hotel operations, from reservation and housekeeping management to point of sale support. Reservations can be made for individuals and groups and packages can be added during the booking process. The room planner feature helps to make reservations using the drag-and-drop function to select the required room. Helps run boutique hotels with ease

Great product! Very intuitive. Can sort multiple columns of info about guests fairly easily.

I only used this program for a short time but I did not have any issues once I learned how to use it.

PROS

It has a lot of features and displays your information in an easy to read manner so you can coordinate services.

CONS

It was tricky to learn and is hard to train people on. There is some learning aid but they are not too detailed.

Made in Greece. Happy to use a software that supports the Greek economy

CONS

The customer support is very bad. I would not like to collaborate in the future with this company.
