WorkConnect by SAP is a cloud-based solution that helps businesses through the hiring process with job posting and candidate management. All versions of WorkConnect include applicant tracking, management, rating, and outreach. The system also includes custom widgets for unique company career pages and one click posting to several free and paid job boards. This solution is designed to enable recruiters to post job listings to multiple industry-leading job boards in the US, Canada, UK, and France. Recruiters are notified when an application comes in. Recruiters can also track candidates and collect team feedback in a single platform that is accessible from anywhere at anytime.

This made the recruitment process a breeze

PROS

I love how WorkConnect made it easy to collaborate with my coworkers on hiring qualified candidates for the team. It collected and consolidated everyone's feedback within an organized system.

CONS

I think there is potential for more in terms of explanding on the forms of the communication between coworkers.

Great Sharer

With the help of WorkConnect, we broadcasted the changes of split in our team every time we did a change. Better than spreading the word by using an email.

PROS

WorkConnect integrates with SAP and broadcasts everything that you want to share at the same time with everyone and posts on their boards. Not only HR but can be used in finance to broadcast changes and updates within the teams.

CONS

WorkConnect is only available for companies who are in United States, United Kingdom or Europe (and only one or two countries in Europe if I am right) Also should have mobile version, it only works on desktop/laptop computers.

It's a great data entry product to use and easy to learn

PROS

Pros would be that it's easy to use and easy to learn. I was just showed how to use it and it was very easy to learn

CONS

It does take time to load to work. It could be our computer though. That's the only con about it that I can off.
