Avatar Dialler is a cloud-based call center solution. Key features include predictive dialing, agent status boards, billing, a recordings portal, local caller ID, Internet chat and robo-calling/voice broadcasting.

Avatar Dialler uses voices with British or American accents to answer and place calls. Voice recordings are made by Avatar Dialler’s team of international agents.

Avatar Dialler’s predictive dialing feature makes calls automatically, so users can make and receive any number of calls. Users also have access to agent status boards, which let them check on agents’ performance and activities.

This system also includes a database of recorded calls. Avatar Dialler stores these recordings on a secure server, and users can search for recordings by date, lead name, phone number and more.

Avatar Dialler includes a customer relationship management (CRM) module that lets users track leads and handle all customer-related communications. Agents can use the system’s local caller ID feature to display local numbers to contacts.

Avatar Dialler is priced per user. The system filters out numbers from do not contact lists, and it is PCI compliant. It is offered worldwide and has been around since 2011.

it's super cost effective and give high level of data protection.

We can easily dial numbers and transfer the call to agent. Avatardialler has built in CRM for easiness of customers.

Recommendations
