Tenfold Sales Dialer is a cloud-based predictive dialer solution that seeks to help businesses streamline their call center operations.

Tenfold Sales Dialer automatically logs calls from popular customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management solutions such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, Insightly, Infusionsoft and Close.io. The calling list is then prioritized based on predefined business rules to ensure that the most important contacts are not missed.

The software features a lead dashboard for all agents where they can access all their leads and prioritize their contacts based on availability.

A key feature of the software is its sales performance monitoring platform, which enables managers to track all agent activities and call center key performance indicators (KPIs) in real time.

Integration with Salesforce!

Pros

I really like the way that it works with Salesforce. I just click on any number and it will dail it immediately!

Cons

Sometimes the system needs to be reset by restarting the services. I'm not sure why this happens but my IT guys take care of it.

Who knew you could sync your phone activity with your CRM so easily...and with such an inexpensive tool!? My time is more efficient, better prepared to do callbacks and always has our notes at our fingertips and it makes using the phone to call back (much better results than email) so much easier to do. For those making a high volume of calls and phone activity, you should definitely be using callinize.

Pros

Huge time saver for me and my team (both the SDR team and sales team). My notes are also 100 times better now and it's easier to log all activity rather than just doing it when I have time or catching up later on (aka never doing it).

Cons

I didn't really see any cons with using Callinize. The one feature that they didn't offer was a dialer but I've never really used that type of sales as I prefer a more targeted approach, so it wasn't really all that negative for me.

This is an amazing product with amazing support.

Pros

improves efficiency with the team, easy of use and amazing support. This program blows away any other system, the team that supports this program is second to none. The system is accurate, fast, searchable and scalable. The team listens to what you are asking for and delivers 100%.

Cons

There are minumal times it has system outages.

We have used Callinize at IHG for almost a year and have been very happy with the product, delivered results, and their customer support. Callinize is a must have for anyone wanting to streamline their efficiencies, maximize their time, and leverage their resources. Callinize is extremely easy to use and takes productivity reporting to a whole new level. This company realizes the value of a customer and works hard to earn and retain the trust and relationship with it's customers.

Pros

Ease of setting up users within the system.
Scalability of the product.
Flexibility within the browser windows.
Amount of information instantly displayed.
Saving of key strokes & mouse clicks during searches.
Reporting, Reporting, Reporting - literally saved hours from previous reporting mechanisms.

Cons

Like any other computer platform there will be hiccups, server crashes, etc...
CRM customizations could cause mapping issues with Callinize. HOWEVER Callinize worked hard to make their product work with our customizations.
Few instances where a system change would happen and we need an update.
8 out of 10 times the issue would be our own company network issue.
Callinize would instantly get working on whatever issue would come up and work with our internal team to resolve the issue.

While reading Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People" I took away two important lessons.

1. You should talk in terms of the other person's interest.
2. Make them feel important, and do it sincerely.

Callinize allows me to do just that with every customer that calls. As soon as my phone rings I know exactly who is calling and what interactions have recently taken place. This affords me the ability to greet them with the sweetest word in their vocabulary, their name. I can hear the smile on my customer's face when I greet them with a "Good morning John!" and immediately pick up where we left off.

Callinize is a must have for anyone that wants to give their customers the VIP experience!

One of the biggest challenges in using any CRM is the manual effort and mental discipline required to log calls. By integrating Callinize with the CRM, we no longer have to think about it. Calls are automatically associated with accounts of record or the opportunity to create a new account is provided. This functionality is going to become second nature, just like using voice mail or e-mail!

Operating in a fast paced sales environment, we are constantly looking for ways to become more efficient. Callinize has allowed us to do just that with increased call volume, faster navigation through SalesForce, improved customer service through better task management, and increased quality of note taking on calls. Our sales reps are able to identify clients in our data base much quicker as they call in using the Callinize pop-up window. Reps now call through a higher volume prospects utilizing the click to dial feature and can simultaneously log the call activity while setting a follow up task which saves us lots of time. In an industry where time is your enemy, this application is priceless. The Callinize customer service is very responsive which is hard to come by these days. Callinize should be an automatic add-on when purchasing Salesforce. IHG being the largest franchise hotel company on the plant depends on my team to support 4,800+ hotels globally. We needed a more effective way to recognize/identify our callers, and efficient way to pre-populate case screens.

Callinize has been a great solution and their team has worked diligently with us to ensure our needs are met. The administrator website it straightforward and simple to use. Callinize provides better in-depth analytics than even our current Avaya phone system. The statistics are tied directly into Salesforce, so I¿m able to create customized call reports around the Callinize data easily via standard Salesforce Reporting.
