VoiceGuide IVR has a graphical call flow designer that helps with call management and allows call center executives to make process changes without requiring any technical assistance. Data acquired via IVR can be exported to various interfaces that ensure complete data collection and maintenance. Other features offered by VoiceGuide IVR include text-to-speech conversion, speech recognition, biometric authentication and multi-language support.

The IVR solution works with Avaya, Cisco and many other telephony providers and systems. It timestamps all the selections made during the call in order to help with detailed call analysis. The solution offers a cloud-based dashboard and voicemail boxes. VoiceGuide IVR has a whole call recording feature that captures the entire interaction between the IVR and caller.
