VSLogger Call Recorder is an on-premise call recording solution for small and midsize businesses. It serves call centers, financial institutions, insurance agencies, law practices, government organizations and other industries.
The primary features of VSLogger are call recording, quality control evaluations, reviews, live performance dashboards, and business intelligence. It also offers coaching, screen capture, workflow optimization and reporting capabilities.
VSLogger can be integrated into various phone devices and computers. It supports analog, digital, private branch exchange (PBX) extensions, VoIP and other phone lines. The quality control module of the software allows managers to monitor the performance of and provide relevant training to chat agents. The work status module provides a real-time view of agents’ work and break times to all managers.
VSLogger is available to be purchased as a perpetual license or as a yearly subscription. It provides on-site and phone-based customer support.
