Manager, Paid Social Advertising (Gartner Digital Markets)
We are looking for an established digital marketing manager to lead and grow the Gartner Digital Markets paid social program. Our ideal candidate is an experienced strategist, problem solver, team builder, and decision maker that wants to expand their leadership and management skills while growing and scaling the paid social efforts across Software Advice, Capterra, and GetApp.
What you’ll do:
Drive new strategy and growth. You’ll outline new strategies and identify opportunities for growth across social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and more.
Set goals and forecasts. You’ll work with the leadership team to translate company goals into departmental targets and forecasts and then work with the team to ensure we hit those numbers.
Execute key initiatives and projects. You’ll break down new strategies and goals into quarterly initiatives that you and the team will execute to deliver expected results and forecasts.
Develop a world-class team. Continuously develop your team and people through training, proper resource allocation, new and improved systems, and elimination of barriers.
What you’ll need:
Experience with all the top advertising platforms. You have 5+ years of experience across the top platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google AdWords, Bing Ads and more.
A knack for developing great teams and talent. You have hired and developed top talent into a group that can perform as a cohesive and collaborative team.
An ability to consistently exceed expectations. You will be given challenging but realistic goals with the expectation that you will be able to meet and exceed those on a quarterly basis.
A bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). An established foundation in business via a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field. Exceptions can be made with strong real-world experience.
