Paid Social Advertising Specialist, Gartner Digital Markets
We're looking for an experienced paid digital advertiser who wants to take their career to the next level. You’ll join a rockstar team where you can leverage your existing skill set to take on new challenges across top social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced with paid advertising platforms. You are well versed in search or social and have 1-3+ years of experience with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords and/or more.
An overachieving self-starter. You don't meet goals, you crush 'em. You enjoy taking risks and pushing yourself to achieve maximum results.
Highly analytical and detail oriented. You are comfortable analyzing large data sets to see how a number of key metrics work together to maintain a target ROI.
An Excel whiz. You know all the important Excel functions like sorting, filtering, vlookups, concatenations and pivot tables.
What you'll do all day:
Test and improve on existing techniques. Social media is an exciting growth area so you’ll have the opportunity to try new techniques and improve on existing processes.
Build campaigns. Within a few weeks you’ll be building and managing campaigns across the top social media platforms.
Write and test ad copy. You will frequently test new messaging to maximize key metrics like click-through-rate, cost-per-conversion and profitability.
Analyze and optimize. You’ll become a master of our in-house reporting system and analytical tools to manage and improve your campaign performance.
How you'll be measured:
Performance vs forecast. We set monthly and quarterly goals for the platforms you manage and then you take ownership of meeting them.
Revenue growth. You will analyze and optimize your campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly level to ensure continued growth.
Your ability to go above and beyond. You take pride in exceeding expectations, identifying new opportunities, and streamlining processes.

You prefer tweeting to advertising. You’ll be running and managing campaigns with a defined revenue goal. If you’re just looking to build a social media community or presence, then this won't be a good fit for you.
You're not a numbers person. Online advertising is a numbers game, so you won't enjoy yourself if large data sets make your head spin.
You can't sit in front of a computer all day. You’ll interact with our team and other departments, but the majority of your day will be in front of your computer. A sharp focus and attention to detail will be necessary for your success.
