MindMyMinistry is an online worship planning and communication application developed to keep team members in small and midsize churches on the same page. Its core capabilities include communication and outreach tools, event management and volunteer coordination.
A built-in address book keeps track of volunteer, staff and musician contact information and availability, so leaders can send announcements to all team members via email and SMS message with a few clicks. When rehearsals and event dates are scheduled, MindMyMinistry will generate automated reminders to participating members.
This application also includes a file storage system so that large files—e.g., songs, MP3s and chord sheets—can be shared online.
In the event module, team members can add notes that are viewable by everyone else in the group, add attachments for the team to access and assign roles to volunteers. Because the system tracks volunteer availability, users are immediately alerted to scheduling and roster conflicts.
