We got this software about a year ago, and it has been an incredible benefit to our organization. The software is intuitive, and a user can figure out what they need to do, even if their training hasn't been completed. Also, the vendor support for questions or concerns has been rock solid. The implementation has been simple and was only limited by our the resources we had available to collect and input information into the system.
Speed could be quicker when moving between screens and applications. This is mostly a function of internet speed, so it's really not a product issue, but it is an ease of use issue.
It is a solid maintenance software package. It doesn't have a lot of specialty bells and whistles, but it can handle everything you need to manage industrial maintenance for a single site or multi-site company.
