Outstanding implementation and support of Sprocket CMMS

Customer Support
Likes Best

The support and implementation was incredibly good. Exceeded our expectations. Ability to integrate with our SCADA system. The team is very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge. Their honesty in capabilities and implementation was critical to me, so I could set expectations with my owners and staff.

Likes Least

Not much. I would have to make something up. If anything, I would like to have a local person for support, but the fact that we do not have a local person has not had a negative impact.

When evaluating, you need to have a clear vision of where you want to be with your program. Barcode equipment scanning, PDM program, Parts management etc.
