StacksWare Software

StacksWare is a software asset management application designed to manage software installed and run on virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) machines.

In many corporations, VDI software exists in a “black box,” beyond the reach and monitoring of traditional software asset management tools. StacksWare bridges the gap between traditional and virtualized installations, giving companies full control over their entire software environment.

StacksWare is a flexible system that offers very granular control of monitoring and data control policies. It also includes a variety of reporting tools, giving companies general overviews or direct insight into specific metrics, such as app usage by employee or logs for compliance auditors.

Stacksware is offered both as a cloud-deployed solution featuring AES-256 encryption or as an on-premise installation.
