The initial training is questionable as the trainers don't always understand the needs and unfortunately, the initial sales person who was brilliant using the system is no longer with 4Castplus.
The products meet the needs of what I need to accomplish from RFQ, PO, expediting to accounting.
The service received after purchase. All technical issues turn out to be a "computer" problem. Clearly not the case. The company will not support you by going online and reviewing the issue. Always find excuses that the problem is on our end.
Know that you need to support yourself after purchasing the software and set up the system from the get-go. Using 4castplus programmers for initial set-up is not beneficial as they do not capture your needs.
