BillQuick Time Billing Software

BillQuick is a time billing and project management system designed primarily for architects and engineers. Developed by BQE Software, the software has become very popular in the professional services industry and currently has over 200,000 users.

BillQuick has three main capabilities: time and expense tracking, billing, and project management. Each of these modules has generic features and industry-specific features. For example, generic features in the time and expense tracking module allow you to track overtime, log sick days and vacation days, and link up files with your time records. Or, in the billing module you can create invoices, track account balances, and set up a recurring billing schedule. Some industry-specific features include project phases, which allows you to track and report on unique phases within a project (e.g. schematic design, design development, construction administration, etc), and sub-consultant invoicing, which allows you to track invoices from other consultants, then bill back to the original customer.

BillQuick is best suited for small- and medium-sized firms. It can be used by architects, construction managers, engineers and general contractors. It is available in 3 editions: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Finally, BillQuick integrates with Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, Sage Peachtree, and MYOB Australia.
