Co-construct is a robust web-based solution developed for custom builders and remodelers. With Co-construct, custom contractors have access to a solution that addresses the unique challenges faced by companies in this niche.

Co-construct is a collaborative solution that helps businesses coordinate their selections, schedules and photos while also improving client relationships with more dynamic, interactive communication. It's best suited to companies with less than $10 million in revenue seeking minimal IT involvement; the web-based deployment eliminates the need for a large hardware investment.

Co-construct is accessed from a login form on the contractor's website. From here, team members, subs and clients can access their own secure portals to address tasks unique to their role - tracking change orders and project budget, update online schedules, share files and photos, enter jobsite logs, and access cross-project reporting. This data can be downloaded at any time and Co-construct offers mobile apps to update your schedule, retrieve files, review selections and more. 

This online portal is branded with the company name, colors and logo for a more professional look and any outgoing messages and handouts also include the company brand. Builders also get their own, branded mobile app for use with clients.

Co-construct brings together all client and sub communications into a single location; everyone can still use email, but Co-construct's patented communication feature captures and organizes these communications online, so finding something takes seconds. With email and text message alerts, clients, team members and subcontractors alike stay informed of project updates in real time. 

Co-construct is backed by an expert support team with free help for all customers and they actually host complimentary, twice-weekly webinars where users of the software can meet and share ideas, trade tips and get help.

Co-construct is easy to use and learn. It keeps our clients happy by keeping them up to date on the status of the project. It also is good for keeping the contractor, the project manager & the subcontractors on the same page. I highly recommend it.

We had a bit of confusion in the past. We were using spreadsheets, emails, and weekly meetings for communication. Co-construct has helped to keep all parties better informed & up to date. When clients have questions, they are answered immediately. When a task is completed they are then aware that it is finished.

We have just recently started using Co-Construct. I am extremely pleased with how user friendly the software is and how well thought out the functions are. We look forward to fully implementing this into our projects. I have been very pleased with the technical support I have received so far in setting up the software.

Co-Construct has helped our Team become more efficient. Most importantly it has helped our customers experince "wow moments" as they scroll through a list of selections that include individual pictures, files, and comments located on one page in an easy to understand format.

We build custom built homes which are never the same.
We saw Co-construct and thought it would benefit both us and the client.
After the first home I can say it was very worthwhile and the client loved it.
Co-construct is a great way to track variations and also have your selected products listed for easy access for the client to see.

It is a great sales tool to set you apart and show the service you can offer.

You do not have to be a computer genius to work out how to use it, but any time you put into it will be well invested.

I would recommend it to any custom home builder.

The thing that I like most about Co-Construct is that it helps me to keep everything (emails, pictures, change orders, specifications) consolidated in one place. My clients also love it. It helps them feel more comfortable about where they are as far as schedule and cost.

My son and I operate a custom home building business in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. Two years ago, when my son informed me that he had purchased the Co-Construct program, I must admit, I was somewhat skeptical and thought, oh no, another software company that promises the moon but knows nothing about the industry.
Well, I am pleased to report that I was wrong and Co-construct delivered everything it promised, and more. One of my main apprehensions was, how will “older” folk, like me, accept the program? Lo and behold, our very first Co-Construct client turned out to be lady in her 70’s who took to the system like a “duck to water”. It’s been that way ever since. Our clients, as well as our sub-trades and suppliers, have praised the open communication fostered through Co-Construct via the scheduling, selections, and expenses/ approvals process. Problems with written work orders, which occurred in the past, are virtually eliminated as both the builder and client maintain an online list of approvals which automatically updates the contract amount so there are no “surprises” when the project is completed.
The training videos and customer support provided by Co-Construct are exceptional and we would not hesitate in recommending this product. Way to go Co-Construct!

Co-construct gives us the ability to have all of the job knowledge we need, on hand, any time. If subs have a question in the field, there is no running back to the office to shuffle through reams of paper to find the one someone signed off on. Log onto Co-construct on your phone or tablet, and the problem is solved. If the customer hasn't selected something so you can't answer a question, just send them a comment on that section reminding them or asking if there are further questions you can answer to help them in their selection process. It's a constant form a communication that organizes it for you. The only thing it doesn't do is sweep up your job-site!

Since implementing Co-Construct in our custom home building business, we have seen a huge increase in cohesiveness between employees in our office. Everyone is on the same page and able to communicate efficiently, effectively, and professionally with each of our clients. We no longer have to check with several employees to see if an email was answered or if a voicemail message was addressed. It has given us freedom within our office to handle each detail promptly and allows us to keep the information in an easy to reach space for all parties.

I am a builder remodeler and I have been using the software for about a year, moving into it slowly. In the past I used Microsoft Project, and it became to cumbersome and expensive to maintain and the communications tools were not as easy to use as I wanted, especially from phone or tablets. As I take on more work this year and anticipate allowing more team members from our building and remodeling company to access, add data and use the system, I see the benefits of the Co-construct everyday. The ability to tailor to small and short, or large and long, projects together makes it much easier to keep up with your to do list. The ability to create a new project quickly, especially short ones, is very convenient. The support from the Co-constrcut folks is always quick and helpful, whether by phone or Internet. Our trade partners are beginning to embrace the system, and though it's a little foreign to them at first, they do begin to relate as time goes on. I have found it easier to add a few into the system at a time rather than all at once because they are confused at first, and it takes some phone call communications to confirm the messages before they feel comfortable with the software. You must keep the schedule up to date or then they loose faith in the whole system. My customers also like the communication aspects of Co-construct.

​B&B Homes is​ a small business that builds R​eady ​to M​oves for customers all over Saskatchewan. ​The reason that we ended signing up with Co-construct was because we are trying to expand and found the need for some help with ​scheduling ​and better​ communication​. ​We chose Co-construct because of ​how easy it is to use​,​ the customer support​, and also how it is easy to customize it to each project.​​ It took us a bit to get our whole team on board with Co-construct, but it was well worth the effort​ because now the whole team is kept updated on what is happening and what needs to happen. The customer support is tremendous​;​ anytime we have a question they have been there to help us and give suggestions/ideas how we could be setting it up that it could work better for us​.​ The big benefit that we have had from this is​ that we​ are more connected with the customer​,​ provide better communication, and our ​​selections are made ​​on time - which helps us keep ​the project on schedule.

I would like to say thank you to to the team of Co-construct for the efforts they put forth to keep improving and adding to the already great product!! Keep up the great work!
