At its core, IntelliBid is a bid management and cost estimating system. However, Intellibid moves beyond basic cost estimating to create bids that are both labor and material efficient. It analyzes installation difficulty factors like weather and job site conditions with its Auto Labor Factoring feature, automatically calculating labor requirements for each installation.

Smart Substitution, a Smart System Technology feature exclusive to Intellibid, allows users to change materials for an installation and then scans the entire takeoff to replace what has been taken off with the new material and all related components, all within seconds and fully Code compliant.

Intellibid's Journal Message Center gives companies a centralized, accessible solution to store all job-related data, including contracts and other job documents, ideal for ensuring changes and updates are noted by both office and field personnel.

The estimating module is full-featured with a proposal generator, visual assemblies and "what-if" analysis. Intellibid also includes an updated cost database with over 125,000 electrical and low voltage material items including more than 500,000 pre-built installation material assemblies for rapbid takeoff.
