Builder 360 Home Building Software

Builder 360 is a complete construction management suite. It is developed by Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, the largest homebuilder software company in North America with over 2,400 customers. Builder 360 is just one of Constellation's offerings. It is designed for medium-sized home builders that build 50-100 homes per year, or companies that generate over $10 million in annual revenue. It is best suited for production homebuilders, but can also be used by real estate developers and design/build firms that work on residential projects.

The core applications in Builder 360 include accounting, bidding, estimating, project management, scheduling, and service management. However, the system also has a purchasing application to help builders manage purchase orders and change orders, as well as a vendor portal that makes it easy for homebuilders to communicate with vendors about job schedules, project specifications, and payments.

Product Quality

Customer Support

Value for Money

Nice but needs work

Pros

The concept of it is great and it helped with very basic needs but I see it not being very useful once we grow

Cons

Not very user friendly initially. Needs a lot of training to use it and time to learn it. Once it's learned it's ok but not worth the
Hassle
