FAST Home Builder Software

FAST is a construction management system designed for large-scale homebuilders that build between 300 and 10,000 homes a year. It is offered by Constellation Software, the largest software company in the homebuilding industry.

FAST combines accounting and job costing, project management, and project scheduling in a single suite. It also offers several other capabilities unique to homebuilding industry. For example, FAST has a land development module that homebuilders can use to manage the different stages of the development process. Additionally, they offer a warranty module to both track warranties and manage any repair work that is covered under the warranty. Finally, they offer a web-based customer resource management (CRM) system to track sales prospects, manage marketing campaigns, and provide service to existing homeowners.

FAST can be used by production homebuilders, real estate developers, or design/build firms. It's best for companies that generate over $25 million in annual revenue. The software uses the Microsoft SQL database and can be integrated with Genifax, LanDev, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
