ConstructJob Project Management Software

ConstructJob is Accubid's construction project management system. We like it because it is web-based, which allows contractors to access project documents from any device - and any location - with Internet access. This also means there is no software or severs to install at your office. This makes it easy to set up and maintain. Not to mention, its less expensive upfront. Accubid offers subscription or monthly pricing (think "pay-as-you-go"). However, they do require a one-year agreement.

Key capabilities in ConstructJob include document control, contract management, time sheet tracking, punch lists, and equipment and resource management. They also offer some lightweight cost estimating capabilities. Alternatively, you could integrate ConstructJob with one of Accubid's other best-of-breed estimating systems.

ConstructJob is designed for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors. Specifically, it is designed for commercial and industrial electrical and teledata contractors, commercial and residential plumbing contractors, and commercial and residential piping and HVAC contractors. It is best suited for companies medium-sized contractors doing between $1 million and $500 million annually.

ConstructJob won the National Electrical Contractor Association (NECA) Showstopper award in 2006, and the Independent Electrical Contractors' Innovative Product Showcase award in 2006.
