Easy Price Pro, designed in 1990 by a professional homebuilder, is a full suite of applications created specifically for residential contractors. This suite includes service management, accounting, project management, estimating, bid management, and more. Its Estimating module can be purchased standalone, and can suit the needs of electricians, plumbers, builders, landscapers, and many other trades.

The software can be installed locally on-premise, or as a web-based solution, so staff members in the field can have access to the most up-to-date data at all times. Easy Price Pro is compatible on a variety of different platforms, including tablet, PC, and Mac. 

Easy Price Pro also offers a feature called a Job Analyser, which allows users to track job status at any time, regardless if the job was lost, won, or is in progress.

Save your money and go to a company that doesn't charge you for a poor service and product. I would never recommend this company. They have even had the nerve to ring and email to ask me to remove my Negative comment on trustpilot! What does that say about them?

Cons

Everything, customer services, product did NOT do what it should have done, support is a waste of time.. they even ask you if you need them to put an error right. It should not be down to the auto et to have to contact them regarding errors, they should be in top of it all the time!

Pros

Thinks of everything for you. Down to the last screw and even the things you hadn't thought of. Perfect..

Cons

takes a while to master at first but not as hard as you would think. Apart from that i cant think of anything else.

Pros

Easy Price Pro, as the title suggest Easy pricing software all functions easily used. Saved loads of time preparing quotes using this software. Each section of works carefully thought out and presented. Diagrams are a great help too.

At first, I needed help to put the software into practice and this was provided by my local rep, in a way that was easy to follow. If I have any questions I can always talk to the Customer Care Section, and both have been very helpful, and have always been able to deal with my inquiries.
It has helped my business grow and I would definitely recommend this product.

Pros

I have greater accuracy in my pricing, and it taught me about things I had not factored in before, for example my cement mixer. When my jobs became larger and more complicated greater accuracy was very important, and Health and Safety. Clients like to see in detail what I have included in the cost.

Cons

Making changes to script, I found I could not change just one word. The program would only provide a paragraph or a sentence as an alternative.

if you were thinking about buying the programme, I can highly recommend this system to small and large builders.

Pros

I use this to run my building and estimating business and i have been using this for the past 10 years. i have tried other programmes but non of which come any where near the quality that this programme produces in a very short space of time that is very accurate and user freindly

I recently purchased easy price pro with all the promises that it would cut my estimate time
what a waste of money
it does not make it any quicker and my own estimate is far more professional looking
I did try and get a refund and have just run against a brick wall I have now handed it to the solicitors

I first purchased Easy Price Pro in 2010 and have saved a lot of time using it. It helped me win more work and even paid for itself after the first 2 quotes I produced. Definitely worth its money as I don't have to spend as much time in the office and spend more time on site. One of the best purchases my business has made.

The best thing about this software is the concept of it! I loved the the idea of it and what it could potentially do for my company. I no longer use the product, this is because I was drawn by its potential but let down by the reality.

Likes Least

You will find holes all through out this software, the fancy bits they show you are how their build modules calculate the cost automatically and at first glance this looks great until you realise that you won't build practically the way they have set up their modules.

The trades are different as are their work packages.

You'll end up with a ball park estimate but the detail of how you got it will be unreliable. Pointless! If you wanted that then just multiply your overall footprint by the national build average or lick you finger, hold it up and take a rough guess!!

Recommendations

Do not buy this, it's a huge waste of money!! Every decent merchant will do you a bill of quantities or a materials list pretty cheaply in order to win your business. They are more accurate, save your money and use them.
