Priority Task Scheduling is compatible with a wide variety of mobile devices, including iPads and iPhones; field supervisors and foremen can quickly and accurately create two- and three-week revolving schedules from the field based on estimate data. Although the application comes pre-populated with templates, it is flexible and can be adjusted to fit the weekly format of any project. Once a phase of construction is selected by a foreman or field supervisor, the application will automatically populate tasks that need to be completed, and then the tasks can be assigned to the appropriate workers. Priority Task Scheduling tracks multiple wages and different classifications; overtime can be tracked across multiple metrics.
