JobView by A-Systems is a software solution for the construction industry, specializing in construction accounting. It is available for cloud-based or on-premise deployment.
Key features of JobView include job costing, payroll, a general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, sales orders and a contact manager. Optional modules that can be added at an additional cost include inventory, purchase orders and equipment costing.
With JobView, users can define tax tables, which can be updated at no charge according to changes in state and federal government tax law.
All modules in the system are integrated, so when users make changes in payroll, those changes are also reflected in the general ledger.
JobView is available in North America. Its on-premise deployment is compatible with Windows systems.

Going from DOS to Windows was a little scary for me. The company had used the old system for forever and did not like change. The A-Systems folks assured me their software was user friendly. Getting set up was easier than I thought and the support system is awesome. Now that I have been using it for over 3 years I love it. All aspects of the software we have used to date are great for accounting, project managers and the owner. I hope to go to a conference to learn even more and meet the wonderful people that take care of me. I love the fact you talk to the same people when you call for help and not just a call center.
