On-Screen Takeoff Professional Software

The On-Screen Takeoff Professional edition is the takeoff application counterpart to On Center Software’s popular PlanViewer, which has garnered over 100,000 downloads from locations in North America and Europe. The On-Screen Takeoff system itself has been put to use by over 20,000 contractors.

On-Screen Takeoff includes both a takeoff and an estimating application that can be used by commercial contractors involved in design and build, electrical and teledata, general contractors, roofing & siding, and finishing trades. The takeoff application includes onscreen takeoff, digitizer integration, CAD file integration, and 2D takeoff. Meanwhile, the estimating application includes Excel integration and a cost database that is updated regularly. These features allow for firms to streamline the takeoff process. The system is also compatible with a Digital Takeoff Table that will allow for hand tracing so drawing does not have to be performed via a mouse.

Companies best suited for this product will bring in revenue upwards of $5 million and have at least 10 employees. There is no limit to the number of users that can be added to the system so companies will be able to grow with the software.
