Proliance is Meridan Systems’ offering for Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (ILM). The Proliance solution was featured amongst Buildings Magazine’s Top 100 Products in 2009. The software is built to handle capital projects with a significant amount of complexity and a large number of facilities. This software is designed to think big. As such, it is designed for company that manage business with more than $100 million in revenue. It handles large infrastructure projects such as designing and building a manufacturing facility or engineering and building a transportation system.

The software integrates bid management, project management, and service management to handle the complex tasks associated with such large-scale projects. The project management application must be purchased, and is available as a best-of-breed application, while the bid management and service management applications are offered as part of a suite. The project management application has modules to manage incoming documents, broad facility portfolios, and budgeting and cost control as well as several other features needed to manage a capital project.

Proliance helps align the objectives of corporate entities with the build team by keeping all of the documentation for a project in a single location. Business Intelligence features keep management and C-levels up to date on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide roll-up reports to indicate project performance for multiple projects. Keeping everyone on the same page helps minimize costly mistakes, reduce project cycle times and free up more capital for future investment.

The latest release of this system, Proliance 4.0, is fully compliant with Section 508, a government regulation that requires the software to be fully accessible by disabled persons.
