The document control module contains functionality to ensure vendor compliance, which helps firms stay in compliance with corporate and governmental regulations related to the heavy and highway construction trade.

The project management application helps heavy and highway construction firms coordinate their financials with the other aspects of their business to ensure that projects are ran efficiently. The project management application includes 10 modules to assist in keep documents and equipment inventories under control. StreetSmarts contains project management funtionality for photo management, document control, time sheet tracking, punch list, and LEED tracking. With the integrated functionality, firms can handle the entire project life cycle.
