Contract Eagle is incredibly flexible and we were excited to see that we could create and populate our own fields and adapt the product to exactly suit our needs. We load all our contracts into Contract Eagle and it’s so easy to use. It sends out emails to our team as and when necessary and it’s great to have tiered reminders. It has made our team more accountable for the requirements they are responsible for and has given us the assurance that we won’t lose business because a contract expired or a KPI wasn’t met that we weren’t aware of.

We love the software. The only improvement I can think of that would suit our needs is it would be great if you could (when a contract is expiring) ‘renew’ the contract. The software automatically makes a new version of the old contract and we just have to re-populate key dates and check detail rather than typing it in again.

Contract Eagle is a software that helps manage contracts. I have had mixed experiences with it. On the one hand, it has streamlined our processes and made our work more efficient. On the other hand, I like the way it allows me to keep track of important dates and deadlines.The platform has had some good things and some bad things. Sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for, and the learning curve for some of the features was a bit steep. But overall, it is a good platform.Despite some downsides, I have to admit that Contract Eagle has been a valuable tool for our company. The security features, like single-sign-on and role-based permissions, make it so that we don't have to worry about our sensitive contract information being leaked.It has been helpful to our organization in improving our contract management processes.

Using Contract Eagle, everything has become much more organized and streamlined. The centralization of all our contracts in one place and the tracking of milestones have been really helpful. The advanced search features have made it easy to find the information we need, and the automatic notifications keep us updated on all our important contract dates.I really appreciate the security features like single-sign-on via Active Directory and role-based permissions. Some parts of the user interface can be confusing, so it would be helpful if it were designed in a more user-friendly way. Sometimes the navigation is difficult to understand, and I've had to search for certain things multiple times.Second, when I try to open a large document, the software can be slow to load. This can be frustrating, and it's taken away from my ability to work efficiently.The software has basic reporting capabilities, but I would like to see more advanced options for creating custom reports.The cost of the software can be a bit higher than other contract management solutions, but it offers a lot of features that are helpful for businesses.

It's saved us cost on resource and had a dramatic effect on how quickly we can process a contract both from a sign off point process and also a contract management point of view.

It allows multiple areas of the organisation to access the relevant information for them. The reminder function helps ensure you don't miss important dates and the overall experience reduces the number of times you need to physically refer to any contract.

Like all software there some initial delay in setting it up to best suit your requirements. If I need to do anything new I normally have to ask for support rather than working it out myself but the assistance is always quick and very helpful.
