Founded in 2002, Aptean, Inc.’s Onyx CRM is a cloud-based solution created to serve enterprise-level organizations. It is integrated with the Experian Data Quality service, so clients can instantly validate the accuracy of customer addresses and emails. Any inaccuracies are corrected by the Experian tool.

Onyx CRM features an interactive dashboard that helps sort multiple datasets and allows them to be viewed in real time. Other key features include a Navigator tool, which identifies and manages customer information; and Onyx 360, which helps users manage clients. This solution also offers Onyx Mobile, which allows Onyx CRM to be accessed on mobile devices. Onyx also integrates with social networking websites.

Onyx provides role-based views, so users have instant access to information they need. It can be used for managing sales, customer service and support as well as social media integration.
