Any CRM that makes you leave outlook has problems

Ease-of-use

There is virtually no learning curve. If you can use outlook, then within minutes you will be able to use Prophet

Functionality

I can keep track of my opportunities and mange everything without having to leave Outlook. This saves me time.

Product Quality

It works well and has constantly improved over a number of years.

Customer Support

They are prompt, helpful, and awesome! They are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Likes Best

Prophet works, because I do not need to leave Outlook or have to deal with syncing information between two programs. Avidian's support should be the model for all software houses. They always respond in given time frames and always solve the problem.

Likes Least

There is nothing about either that I am unhappy with.

Improved Productivity

Ease-of-use

It's built into Outlook. It has a simple interface, and admin is easy.

Functionality

It meets my needs. It's easy to use and set up. I appreciated Avidian's ability to upload all contacts and create my database for me. It was worth the money.

Product Quality

It's easy to use. There are no issues: quality is good with just a few kinks to work out.

Customer Support

They are difficult to engage. I don't like having to be called back, etc., and there is no way to reach a tech directly by phone.

I like the ease of use. Also, the vendor is easy to work with.

The vendor isn't easy to access on the first try. The product has a few things about it that I don't like.

It integrates so well with Outlook. I picked up how to use it very quickly.

Functionality

It would be a perfect ten if it met one more need but I'm being nit picky. It does everything I need and then some.

Awesome! I've never had an issue with it. It's a dependable product that's always working.

If more companies were like them, consumers would live in a better place.

They worked with me and really held my hand through the whole integration process. They answered every question and were great to deal with. They worked on my schedule for meetings, which isn't always 9-5 friendly.

I would like the product to be a little more individualized to my needs but that might be asking for a lot.

Good staff trying to support an unpredictable software

Ease-of-use

It's fairly easy to use, but results of queries and searches can be unpredictable.

Functionality

It's not reliable enough for our needs. We cannot tolerate not finding data that we already entered.

Product Quality

The product itself is not highly developed as a commercial software should be.

Customer Support

Customer support is good. Implementation consultants try their best, but the product must also perform.

The staff is willing to help and seems knowledgeable.

Likes Least

While the staff is willing, the product is not. The overall concept is sound, but it is unpredictable in several ways. Sometimes, data you entered yourself is not retrievable, the report writer is weak, and crashes are very regular.
