Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

First of all, their customer service is AMAZING.

The customer support is really good. Very responsive and goes the extra mile.

The pricing tiers are rather odd as there's no middle ground.

You can text contacts, but notifications of text messages in reply are virtually no existent.

I have never seen such quick, helpful, and NICE customer service EVER until Ontraport.

It is very glitchy, it is not supported by people like driftflow, zapier, optin monster to name a few, the sales order process is horrible. Support is via e-mail only which can get really frustrating.

Email campaigns were difficult to execute. Just a long laundry list of problems.

Easy to use, support is great. Not as good as Hupspot but much more affordable.

They have an effective customer support system and are always there to render any possible assistance whenever I experience any issue.

Ease of use, a great tool for all my marketing and automation. You have to try it to really understand.

We love that these systems help to streamline everything from client onboarding to actually billing our clients monthly.

Pricing isn't the easiest to understand. Not enough native integrations.

For example, it may take 6 or 7 mouse clicks to create a basic task whereas past services I've used required only 2 or 3. This is extremely frustrating in terms of productivity.

The biggest issue - the one that caused me to cancel almost immediatly - was the fact that you can't put bullet lists into emails.

The Email template builder is a pretty nice plus - this was something we really wanted in a CRM, although it could use some work. HTML editor for emails is available.

Good task management abilities along with contact management services. The support is simply best in class and the Facebook support group is stellar.

It's super powerful and has a lot of extensions via Zapier. The live chat contact support is AWESOME.

After my first (kind-of) set up call, I just stopped doing it because I was told everything I had been doing (for the last 10 years) was old, wrong, and shoddy.

I love the automation component of Ontraport also.

It's very logical and user friendly, as long as you are clear with each step of your process that you are wanting to automate, it will be likely super intuitive for you.

Good value for money compared to CRMs and platforms with similar functionality.
