What we like best about Libra OnDemand is that it’s built specifically for the hospitality industry, so you’re not trying to force a generic CRM to work for your business. The Libra Customer Portal helps you create custom-designed websites that support your marketing strategy. We’re also fans of the Libra HMS Portal, which offers employee collaboration tools accessible on several mobile platforms.
In addition to its CRM capabilities, Libra OnDemand also offers integrated hospitality applications like concierge help desk, incident management, and tools to manage events, catering and group sales. The software has been featured in numerous publications and news outlets including Hospitality.net and GlobalHotelNetwork.com.

We have used everything from 3x5 index cards, spreadsheets, and built-in CRM within our PMS, but nothing has come close to the power of Libra on Demand!
Starting in October of 2010, Libra has touched every portion of our business practice. Aside from the normal departments touching CRM data, Libra has allowed us to extend the information to departments like engineering, housekeeping, outside vendors, and culinary staff.
The list of functionality that we use increases each week. Profile & preferences, service orders, incident recovery, pre and post stay surveys, activity scheduling, sales & catering, BEO, banquet checks, email marketing, revenue analytics, marketing campaign performance, social media tracking (you get the point?)
Because Libra is built on the open force.com platform, we have been able to develop applications in-house that sit within Libra; such as a Lost & Found module and child care requests and fulfillment.
I personally have been waiting for a product like this for 20 years; now that I have it years of frustration have been replaced with hours of creating solutions for our resort with Libra.
Libra OnDemand allows us to integrate our existing systems with this amazing engine and do things with data that we never thought would be possible without a SIGNIFICANT capital investment. Instead, we're empowered to collect data from all our business units and share that data across many disciplines, helping us manage our e-marketing efforts, create a customized guest rewards program (fully integrated with our property management system) and focus on knowing our guests and improving/delivering a memorable experience.
Above all, it is Libra's commitment to customer success that separates them from all others. They take the time to understand our business processes and customize their solution so that we don't have to customize our business to use their solution.
