There were some road bumps throughout our professional relationship with Marketing360. I'm not going to pinpoint one specific person or area though because I don't know how the workflow works at the company. We ended up having a new marketing manager assigned to us really late in the game and I must say I was very pleased with the speediness of the changes that needed to be made to our website. Our new manager took care of our needs within a reasonable timely manner. Our site is now where it needs to be. Representative attention to detail in getting our changes done as quickly as he did would've made me change my mind in leaving Marketing360 but unfortunately, we have moved on from them onto a new marketing firm directly connected to Trane. I was given the opportunity to rejoin Marketing360 if our new marketing service should fail us. I would strongly consider this!

Pros

I like the website Marketing360 created for us. It was done in a timely manner. I appreciated that! The interface of the software was clear and easy to navigate around. If I had any questions about it I could ask and they'd be answered in a timely manner.

Cons

Unfortunately it took too long for changes to be made to our website. And getting some answers to questions were not given in a timely manner. There were a few factors that were frustrating which unfortunately made us end our professional relationship with Marketing360.

I was (happily) very wrong! My business & social media exposure has increased significantly with their help & I understand now how much I was really doing wrong. They have been incredibly understanding & helpful through this entire process & I see a long relationships with Marketing 360!

Cons

The model is great, one con is that sometimes when you call them, the account apecialist sometimes is not available, because he is on scheduled calls. Just schedule a call when you want to talk to him and you should be good to go.

I have been a user of this platform for a year and a half. My online sales continue to grow at a healthy rate month over previous year month in a largely cyclical industry. The good times are becoming great and the slow times are getting tolerable.

We have gotten a great website and marketing bundle for a lot less than most website builders would charge just to build your site. We have a dedicated rep that handles everything for us and I never have to worry about maintenance or analytics are any other mundane work with our online presence. We've been using Marketing 360 for almost a couple years now and the platform is great! It's an easy way to view how our website is doing by viewing metrics in an easy to use dashboard. It's very useful to sort through the noise and look at the details that matter with easy to use comparison tools. The 180-day snapshot is key for us in making sure we're on the right track. We also really like the Period by Period comparison tool which lets us see how we're doing within a given time frame.

I work with the support staff. Her and her team have helped me build out two websites now. We just started a marketing campaign as well, and I cannot wait to see how well it works. The thing that really impresses me with them in general, is that they are real with us. They aren't trying to blow smoke up so that we spend more money on marketing. They are very considerate about our budget and they make sure we get the maximum bang for our buck. I also love that there are so many options for our website and business in one spot. It is definitely a one-stop shop for everything I need to successfully run my business online. I don't have a huge team in my office and it is nice to have a team at Madwire that essentially helps me run my business. Not sure what I would do without them!

We started an-e-commerce business with an idea and capital. We had no clue how to market our products on the internet so that they would get noticed and generate sales. After six months I still don't know that much about it, but that's ok, Marketing 360 does. They helped redesign my website and product descriptions and started an advertising campaign. I started with a modest budget and have increased it twice during this time period. At first most of my sales went toward the advertising budget, now about 60% of sales go toward the advertising budget. With their guidance, our conversions and our organic sales are on the rise. They instruct me how to make time intensive changes to my website, so I spend my time doing them and not have to pay them to do it. After six months, the business is making a profit. It isn't a big profit but it's better than a loss and having to infuse more capital into it. Right now, they are working on getting permanent organic traffic up rather than simply adding more advertising to generate more sales. They could generate more sales with more advertising budget but that won't decrease costs and make you as much money in the long run. Unless you have a golden chicken that lays golden eggs, there are no instant rewards with any business. It takes commitment and time. It also takes getting help when you don't know what or how to do something. We have come a long way with the help of Marketing 360, in a short time period. With their help and guidance, we plan to go a lot further.
