Office Interactive is a suite of Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions that provide collaboration and productivity tools. It is offered on both an “On Demand” and “On Site” basis. The software enables users to access the suite of tools from any device with Internet access.

Office Interactive On Demand is a Web-based solution that offers the option to choose between various suites. These include productivity collaboration, sales management and sales force automation, customer service, ad campaign tracking and management, billing and expense management, human resources and and project management. Office Interactive On Demand is priced based on the suites chosen.

Office Interactive On Site is deployed and hosted at the client's location. This solution offers all the features included in On Demand software with the additional ability to integrate Office Interactive with the other solutions. On Site is offered in two versions—OI CRM Professional and OI CRM Enterprise.
