Pipe Drive was a great choice. It's online and can be accessed from any computer or smartphone. It helps keep you moving in the right direction with new transactions. It keeps track of data that you can use to improve your sales or operations process. It's very user-friendly and their staff is always there to help you.

Pros

Ease of use, customize to fit your sales process and industry. Easy to view and understand the moment you sign up. I can look at other sales people in my organization and that beats looking at an excel spreadsheet. It allows you to see where your people or organization needs improvement at any given time.

Cons

I'm still working with all the features and really do not have any complaints.

Advice to Others

You can't beat the cost to features and benefits ratio. I'm happy with the service. I'm a commercial insurance broker and it's working great for us.

Easy to set up. Very little training needed. Great videos available for extra learning. Very interactive and very tailorable for such an inexpensive CRM.

Pros

Price! is very less per person gets you going!

Cons

It is not Salesforce. Don't expect integrations with Pardot or other marketing lead generation packages, but for the price and what it is designed to do, it does it very well!

Advice to Others

If you are a small business that is trying to get your arms around your sales activity and to be to provide a pipeline and forecast to others in your company, this is a great product!

Recently my company decided to look for a tool to manage our sales pipeline. I started with a trial of a few different systems but immediately was drawn to the ease of use of Pipedrive. One of the biggest hurdles with a sales teams is getting them to actually use a CRM, especially effectively. Pipedrive captures all the information we are looking for as well as report on from a management perspective, it also helps manage opportunities at an individual level, keep organized and (hopefully) drive revenue.

Pros

The surprising amount of functionality and customizable fields. Easy to use and admin. Simple, not over complicated which aids in user adoption and therefore accurate reporting. The mobile app is a huge pulse.

Cons

Would like to be able to customize a few of the default fields. Its small, but I would like to change the name of "Deals" to opportunities or other. Also, would like to make some fields required. This could be a function that I just haven't figured out yet!

We were looking for a software that could be used in the construction industry, could be fully accessed on our sales team cell phones, had a low cost, since our company is small and yet would not need efforts in getting customized.
Pipedrive was the one we chose after analyzing over a dozen options.

Very easy to use and implement.
Plenty of detailed tutorials and videos for you to learn it fast

Cons

I recently started running a $20MM real estate project and it did not have a CMS Sales software.
Pipe-drive was easy to find and very handy tools on its main home page. I think it still needs improvements on various parts, but overall very good.

Pros

Easy to use, the program is flexible and settings are organized.

This CRM has absolutely changed the way we do business. Before we switched, we were using ACT!, and after about 10 hours of ACT! training videos, countless hours of pointless troubleshooting, and phone calls to their support team, I began searching for a different product. I was able to get our ENTIRE contact database, deal history, and all of our current leads moved over, and fully operational in half a business day with no phone support, and one 5-minute training video on Pipedrive's site. Our team has since hit the ground running with the CRM, and we canceled with ACT! less than a week after moving over. ACT! couldn't pay us to switch back.

Pros

Ease of use, customizability, mobile integration, email app integration...the list grows more as I use more of the features.

Cons

I guess the only thing I don't like is that you can't have a fancy signature with logos/pictures/etc.

Advice to Others

Use it. It is awesome. I wish I would have found it before I went so deep into our old CRM's training, it would have saved me so much time and headache.

I began using Pipedrive when I started at my organization and love its clean cut interface. I've used it with those that have less technological aptitude and they've have easily understood the interface. It's a very basic tool to understand and use. It allows our administration and sales team to have a clear understanding of leads, potential projects, and deals. I have enjoyed using this piece of software as it centralizes the CRM, Project Management, and Lead aspects of our business.

Pipedrive is easy to set up and use, especially for an one-man band operation like my. While some of the more involved functions will take a bit of time to learn, one can set up and get going with the basic functions very quickly. You also have access to live assistance, if needed. They respond within a very reasonable time frame. Most of the times, the response is rather quick. I also enjoyed that a representative actually called and worked with me via set up. That is very rare these days. It has just enough features, many customizable, to keep a small business like my organized and on top of my sales and service needs. What I really enjoy is the ability to track sales or "deals" by simply moving deals between designated stages simply by drag and drop. The price is also very fair. The value is there. If your CRM need is simple, Pipedrive is definitely worth checking out.

I love Pipedrive! I am probably one of it's biggest fans! It was introduced to me by my boss as he asked that I try it out and give him an assessment. Well, after that I was hooked!
