Pipedrive is easy to set up and use, especially for an one-man band operation like my. While some of the more involved functions will take a bit of time to learn, one can set up and get going with the basic functions very quickly. You also have access to live assistance, if needed. They respond within a very reasonable time frame. Most of the times, the response is rather quick. I also enjoyed that a representative actually called and worked with me via set up. That is very rare these days. It has just enough features, many customizable, to keep a small business like my organized and on top of my sales and service needs. What I really enjoy is the ability to track sales or "deals" by simply moving deals between designated stages simply by drag and drop. The price is also very fair. The value is there. If your CRM need is simple, Pipedrive is definitely worth checking out.

I love Pipedrive! I am probably one of it's biggest fans! It was introduced to me by my boss as he asked that I try it out and give him an assessment. Well, after that I was hooked! It truly has helped improve my quality of life and my sales #'s by streamlining everything I do. I primarily use the App and it is the first thing I open each day.

It's interfacing or lack there of with Outlook(exchange) upon setup.

Advice to Others

Try this product! It is made for the salesperson and not the company or manager! It truly is the first CRMi have seen focused on what is important to the salesperson but has the backdoor ability for management to "look under the hood" if need be.

I was tasked with selecting a CRM for my company. I think that there is a product out there for every company specific needs and budget, for us was Pipedrive. I got to full understanding and usability within a week after we decide to concentrate in that particular product. I think is an excellent product for the money and features.

Pros

Easy to customize to specific needs. Great price. User friendly. Well designed. Big plus is the way the product input information is displayed.

Cons

I really wanted to be able to create a invoice without having to use any add on. I believe they are working on that. Also, is not clear to me how secure is the cloud information we storage, they should expand on that issue.

Advice to Others

Always try out and look for new products out there. There are some well stablished products out there but also new ideas, and better prices.

Pipedrive is fantastic. It's a very simple to understand interface and makes it easy to link between emails and the CRM itself. My ONLY issue is having to copy a link for each email I want tied into Pipedrive which can be somewhat tedious. I believe they have an upgrade for that though, we just haven't pulled the trigger on that yet.

This software is very easy to navigate and is easy to put notes in, which is very handy when working in sales. It shows you your sales for the week / month and compares them to previous months and lets you know hw many sales / dollars your up or down.

I've used a number of CRM systems over the years and Pipedrive is by far my favourite.
As with any CRM system it depends on everyone buying into using the program, but makes things easier for the user with a simple interface and quick search engine, backed up by a forgiving editor if mistakes are made or changes are required.
Timelines are simple to follow and can be tracked against a contact, a company or a project.
Activities allow actions to be recorded and measured, with the interface able to edited to show relevant activity types and reminders.

Pros

Very simple and quick to use.
The search tool makes you realise how difficult other CRM packages make finding projects and contacts.
Pipedrive runs online so is only limited by your own internet connection, not having to route through servers.
Emails are cc'ed or forwarded to a project specific address, which means changing a projects name doesn't affect any shortcuts or links.

Cons

Only projects receive a specific address, so when emailing a contact where the project isn't known will allow an activity to be raised but won't save a copy of the email (eg sending literature to an architect).
There is an email header to track emails but its not very functional and searching against the project or contact is much quicker.

I work for a small business that needed a CRM program to manage Sales Leads. activities, and orders. After looking at more complex and more expensive CRMS we decided that Pipedrive would work for us.

Pros

Easy to use. Does what we need. Easy to keep track of activities and to place notes and follow up task that need to be completed. Support is available and quick to respond by phone or chat. Program is easy to use on smart phone so we can utilize on the go.

Cons

None that I can think of. There have been a few glitches that have been corrected quickly.

As a Fire Alarm Systems Sales Engineer who has to provide his own tools, I love Pipedrive. It allows me to keep track of every lead and deal and it constantly reminds me to follow up. The software basically requires you to schedule some sort of action for every customer that you have listed whether it's following up, saying Happy Birthday, scheduling a meeting, etc. It also keeps track of every deal - win or lose, allowing you to constantly keep temperature of how your sales are doing. The reporting is fully customizable allowing you to see what works and what doesn't work for you. Pipedrive is also super easy to use. I'm new to sales and using software for sales, but I had no issues setting the software up and making it work for me.

Pros

The constant follow up options and ease of use. Totally helps me stay on top of my customers.

None that I can think of.

I was looking for a pipeline CRM that I could manage easily for multiple pipelines from my desk and on the go. Pipedrive fit the bill perfectly. It is easily tailored and I have been able to create multiple stages for each pipeline. It reminds me for each activity and has been very helpful in keeping me organized. I work in multiple industries, so this has been a life saver. I have been using Pipedrive for 6 months.

I have tested quite a few sales CRMs when we were first deciding with which to proceed and none came close to Pipedrive when it came to the simplicity and usage intuitiveness. While it may be not as feature-rich as some big names in the market, it is a relatively new product which surely will grow and expand on the offered features list. We have had zero issues with the system so far and I hope Pipedrive team will strive to further improve on this already great product.

Simplicity of use, essential core features all work flawlessly, plenty of 3rd party integrations and the list is growing, lightweight interface which is easy to get around, easy and efficient import and export

Search function might glitch or work unpredictably sometimes, sometimes need to refresh the page several times to see the changes

As a career salesperson, I have been forced to use many CRM programs over the years. This is the easiest to use, and has the most info available without having to search. I find it very intuitive, and I actually enjoy using it. Great job, and highly reccomended!

It works! Out operation has had 3 CRMs over the past 6 years and none managed things well for a sales outfit in a construction company. (The damage that causes the agents who sometimes have long timelines in the sales process and referral process is excruciating since no CRM is adapted to offload and download data from another We like the flexibility of applying to our sales process and keeping track of each prospects stages/activities and not have to adapt to precepts that don't apply and only get in the way. It really is your CRM. The feedback from Statistics and Analytics is stimulating and encourages one to apply themselves to the system they designed thus developing better business habits which in turn gives better stats and a better view from which management can coach and serve from.

It would be nice to be able to review the Activity list page by our Stages. In other words typically cycles are monthly but what is focused on at the beginning of the month is different than what is at the end of the month. For instance at the end of the month you may want to focus just on final stage folks. Another focus somebody might have is they are working a particular area and want to see what else is left on the table while there and arrange schedules accordingly. In other words just being able to organize on the Activities page by city/county can increase efficiency in the field. Your Contacts page has that option but nothing comes up in the columns for anyone. I don't know if this is a challenge with out set up by our admin. but once we have a the client sold they fall off our radar for the Deals page. We have a few milestones that include us agents which includes pumping clients for referrals and visiting with them on a anniversary date. The only way I can keep them on the radar is to use the Activity page and just label them a Deadline so I can review those by that definition. So all I use Deadline for is follow-up with clients that are purchasing or have purchased. Lastly a small but big 'thang', on the client Deals page where we have a pending activity it would be nice to click the pending activity button and the courser lands on a fresh line above the previously typed material so we can just add an update without having to click to front of material, return and arrow up to update. It's a very repetitive procedure every time you go into an activity.
