Powered by Salesforce, Propertybase is a powerful web-based Customer Relationship Management solution designed specifically for Real Estate brokers. The integrated suite of applications offered by Propertybase includes Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Social CRM, and Web Self-Service.

Brokers that use Propertybase find that it’s easy to manage contacts on the go; all documents and communications related to leads can be organized in custom lists. Monitor deal stages, stay on top of critical dates and deadlines, and calculate potential commissions; information can be migrated directly from any system that allows data exports, including ACT and REA. Propertybase also allows users to set up customized, conditional notifications that are triggered automatically.

Propertybase organizes and stores property photos, flyers, and other documents on the Amazon cloud. For more sensitive documents like legal paperwork and contracts, files can be securely stored on the Salesforce Cloud. All files can be easily shared using the Propertybase Portal and Chatter.

We like the fact that Propertybase integrates easily with hundreds of existing apps and services like Dropbox, DocuSign, Skype, Financial Force, QuickBooks, and MailChimp. We also found that it’s easy to connect social media feeds and track social media activity in a single dashboard with Propertybase’s integrated Social CRM dashboard.

Real Estate companies or pretty much any size should have Propertybase on their short list. It is a highly configurable and user-friendly solution for Real Estate brokers that need to stay on top of their business while on the go; it’s also iPad and Mac compatible for maximum flexibility.

How user friendly it can be. You can manipulate every detail to make sure that it is easy to follow.

Some of the conversion ratios and graphs come through funky.

Recommendations

Think easier shortcuts. The software allows for access to all the tools you need. But sometimes I wonder if there is a faster way to reach pages I use more frequently.

Recommendations

Be sure and mark something "pending" on the listing section before the listing agents marks it as such on the MLS.

I like the customization and huge app store on the backbone of a highly developed platform.

The complexity often requires additional help from consultants.

Recommendations

Be committed. It is an extremely powerful, best in class CRM platform which you can then bolt on best in class for other needs. However, don't expect out of the box perfect functionality. Map out what you want and then strategically implement.

The mobile app is awesome. It's Salesforce with all the Propertybase real estate stuff built right in.

The desktop app is not very cutting edge; it works, but it is what it is.

Recommendations

Get the mobile app and use it everywhere. I use mine on my iPad and tether to my phone when I am places where there isn't WiFi.

The team at Propertybase is fantastic at helping you get set up from the very beginning. I worked with my account executive, who also was the one who went through the sales process. He handled training around 40 of our agents via GoToMeeting and answered all the questions we had. We use Propertybase to run our national level real estate company. We distribute leads all over the country based on potential sellers inbound leads.

It could be more "cool-looking." Salesforce in general is ugly, but Propertybase did their best to make it a more simplified enviroment and took away a lot of the clutter.

Recommendations

This is team software, and it takes some setting up. Once you are in, all your contacts, clients, listings, and marketing material are really easy to access and distribute.
