Pure Chat is incredibly easy to implement and with their Wordpress plugin I could teach a 3yr old how to get it up and running. Top it off they have a ton of customization features to choose from, an easy dashboard to navigate, and a great user experience. I especially like that I can both save and send a copy of the conversation, this ads credibility to the prospect and makes record keeping a breeze.
What's not to like, excellent service, awesome product, and super easy to use.

We use Pure Chat for our entire sales team and Customer Success team. It's really easy to use and the interface is nice too.
I have not had any issues so far. This tool does what it's supposed to.
Make sure to enable the notifications, helps you see the incoming chats while you're in the middle of other stuff (like checking email).

The ease of use stands out. Within 30 minutes of signing up, we had Pure Chat up on our site and working. ITs great to have a link to chat in our email signatures, so customers can reach out to us on their schedule, and with a very non threatening medium. Pure Chat staff are great to work with, and quick to answer any questions or concerns.
I wish that the integration with Infusionsoft was a bit more robust. I also would love to have a place where people could put their phone number if they wanted to.
