RedHorse CRM Complete has all the business modules to power my business. I especially like and use the Customer Service Ticketing module. As customers have issues with the technology, we create a Customer Service Ticket for each issue, track all the activities, emails, and interaction to resolve the issue. We are able to track all our parts and labor on the Ticket, and with the integration with Intuit QuickBooks, we can easily send over the invoice for all the parts and labor in to QuickBooks. Very powerful feature which we use every day!
I currently don't have anything I like the least about this product and/or vendor.
A lot of companies look at and use Web Based CRM tools... but if you look at the overall investment for 2 yrs, 4 yrs, 6 years down the road, RedHorse CRM is way less of an investment. Plus with an on premises tool like RedHorse, you can have multiple windows open at the same time. You don't have to wait for the web page to repaint or refresh. As a power user, I really like all I can do and manage with RedHorse.

RedHorse CRM looks like a Microsoft Office product. As such the UI appears to be somewhat familiar which helps navigating to a certain degree. RHCRM offers a range of standard functions, including invoice integration.
RedHorse CRM looks and feels like a system from the late 90's or early 00's. While that is not inherently bad, it highlights the fact that other systems, such as Base, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc., are lightyears ahead in terms of UI, functionality beyond what can be considered standard in 2015, and overall impression in general.
I was able to test several CRM systems during an engagement. The most helpful recommendation I can give is developing a set of businesses cases that the system should be able to handle. It makes it easier to quickly see differences and allows you to stay somewhat objective.

RedHorse is a complete Business Management System not just a CRM. It has everything a SMB needs to operate their business. From marketing to servicing to accounting linkage.
The vendor adds capabilities as the identified customers needs grow.
Unfortunately they're not well known online or in the marketplace. Could use more resources internally in marketing.
Allow a value added reseller (VAR) to properly demonstrate RedHorse as there are so many features that can be difficult to see and evaluate if you are not pointed to them.
Compare RedHorse CRM to any others and if you are really in the market for a full featured system, RedHorse is it.
We provide tools (10-12 brands) like RedHorse and we have chosen RedHorse for our business 8-10 years ago.
