We chose SalesExec because it offered everything we were looking for in terms of a CRM (especially email functionality) and is very affordable.
Overall, our admin/manager of the software and all users are happy with the quality of SalesExec.
Support always responds quickly, and issues are usually resolved very quickly as well.
SalesExec is very straightforward, and everything can be easily set up and customized.
It has operated slowly a few times, and we have had a few issues with the search functionality, but support is always very responsive, and issues are resolved quickly. Downtimes have been minimal compared to other CRMs I've used.
Have a general sense of your sales/workflow before setting everything up in the CRM to avoid having to make changes in the future.

Once you start working with it, it's easy to navigate.
It allows us to carry out our business practices in an effective manner.
I don't really know how to define product quality, but I enjoy using it, and there are only minimal glitches.
It is hard to get hold of a representative due to the time difference, but when we do, they go out of their way to provide us with the support that we need.
The vendor provides great customer service and is almost always there when we need help troubleshooting. Customer service reps are polite and knowledgeable.
The availability of the chat representatives could be better.

The entire system is easy to use. Some things could be tuned better, but overall, it's very easy to use.
We are only missing call tracking and a few other things here and there, but if they added call tracking, it would be good for us.

The team at ClickPoint is always on top of issues when any arise. The product itself is awesome, as it can do things most other software companies are still thinking of doing. The best part of the product is that it is secure and very easy to use. I had no knowledge of XML, HTTP Post/Get, or Ping Post whatsoever, but they trained us well, and the software is very vast and can handle pretty much everything any lead gen company would ask for.
The only thing I think it should have is to be able to see the actual per lead payout in the vendor portal, even in Revenue Sharing mode. It should deduct the cost based on percentage and show accordingly in both the admin and vendor portal.
It should have the ability to track phone calls for Hot Live Transfers based on Buffers. It should have the ability to set payouts in client campaigns based on fields supplied. For example, if two products are in a drop-down - let's say Auto Insurance and Home Insurance - we should be able to set different payouts based on the selection at the time of lead post instead of setting up two different campaigns for each lead type.

The team at ClickPoint software is great. I have been using their software for years, for a variety of functions. When SalesExec first came out, I had my reservations and let Gabe Buck know about the features I was hoping to see added (drag and drop layout function, history tracking, read-email reports). Well, the newest version of SalesExec added everything I asked for and a few additional things (integrated power dialer, extra reports, notifications function similar to Facebook, etc).
I am really impressed with the software, and I'm even more impressed that the team actually listened to my feedback and made the exact adjustments that were on my wish list. I have worked with many other systems, but SalesExec is a real threat to the major players, and at the current pricing it's a great value as well.
