ServeSmart is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution specializing in customer engagement. Its goal is to provide users with customizable customer feedback questionnaires. Users can record customer history and information and track employee performance based on customer feedback.
ServeSmart has a “core” version targeted to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as an enterprise version serving large businesses with multiple outlets and franchises. The enterprise edition offers expanded customization options. It also allows users to launch marketing campaigns and requires training for full deployment.
Both the core and enterprise versions include brandable interfaces. Users can create questionnaires in multiple languages. Questionnaires can include multiple types of questions, such as multiple choice, open-ended and ranking questions.
ServeSmart’s core version allows users to share feedback across all social media channels. In addition, with the enterprise version, users can capture and share both online and in-store feedback.
ServeSmart is priced per user per month. A mobile app is available for Android. Support for the core version is available within one business day, while on-call support is offered for the enterprise version.
