SprinxCRM is a CRM suite for small businesses and divisions of larger organizations, with a range of modules for both sales and marketing. These include contact management, pipeline management, sales collaboration, task management, multichannel campaign management, lead segmentation, pipeline forecasting and marketing performance reporting.
With both on-premise and cloud-based deployment options, SprinxCRM also provides mobile accessibility for iOS, Android, Windows Mobile and Blackberry, allowing sales representatives to access and update customer data while in the field. It also is able to sync with Microsoft Outlook and Gmail, and features a variety of ways to import and export contacts.
SprinxCRM offers a free on-premise version for single users, as well as a paid edition that includes additional users, integrations and reporting features. It also offers three tiers of product support, with the basic “Community Support” plan offered for free to paid users.
