If no agents or employees are available, users can leave “offline messages.” And, with use of a Google Chrome plugin, Tidio Chat lets companies receive immediate notifications of any pending offline messages.

We found Tidio Chat after our current live chat software got buggy. Tidio chat was super easy to install with a Wordpress plugin, we were able to start taking chats right away. There is a lot of design functionality available, you can change it to match your brand, etc. The one thing we didn't like was that users had to enter their email address to chat with you. We found that deterred people from initiating a conversation. Eventually, we ended up going back to our original live chat software, but if we ever need to switch to another one, Tidio is top of our list.

I utilize Tidio Chat on the website I design through Wix. It allows my clients to have an online chat feature on their website with set hours of operation, giving them a more professional look as well as capturing those customers who are looking for quick and accurate answers. It has proven time and time again its worth and it is very affordable.
I have not had an experience with their customer support yet, so I can not comment on that.

i had Susan helping me set up the app on my website, at first i didn't think it was going to work. i even rang my website builders and they told me it would not work with the html that was on my website, but i didnt listen and i kept trying and i'm so glad i did because it worked yay! it tells me whenever a customer is on the website, and lets them chat too me also! overall i can see this being a massive plus for my business! the price is unbeatable - overall i am so happy! and customer service rep Susan could not have been nicer!
