Praktika is a cloud-based dental practice management solution for small, midsize and large dentists. Primary features include appointment booking, patient files, quoting, estimating, accounting, imaging, fee management and reporting. The appointment book module allows receptionists to color-code by the provider and displays details such as appointment notes, patient’s details and alerts upon mouseover. Appointments can be placed on hold and easily moved to another day or time by dragging them to a different time slot. It offers a dental recall system to assist with appointment reminders and rescheduling missed appointments.
