Created as a way to streamline the way dental practices interact with their patients, Total Recall Solutions’ new Patient Communicator provides a full scheduling and patient communication system. This includes an automated messaging platform, a recall wizard, 2-way texting compatibility, as well as an online scheduler.
With the automated messaging system, practices can send appointment confirmations and reminders to patients via a variety of mediums, including email, text messages, and voicemails. This way, offices can efficiently and effectively reach out to each patient using their preferred means of contact, with a targeted, personalized message. The system also provides a two-way texting platform, so that offices can send personalized patient texts, and patients can respond accordingly.
The online scheduling feature allows patients to log in and schedule their own appointments, all based upon their pre-defined search criteria. For patients who continuously log in, book appointments, and cancel them, Patient Communicator allows practices to “Black List” them, so that they are no longer able to use the online scheduler.

I like that we don't have to make as many calls to patients, they can now get texts and emails instead. I also like the fact that we can send birthday texts and emails, patients really seem to like that. Sending out the pre-med and post-op information is also great!
I will let you know once I have time to really get into this... busy office don't have time to play around... lol
